Established in 2009, Pepper’s Steakhouse quickly set itself as the gold standard for meat lovers. After nearly 10 years of living in Macau, Chef Tiago Leal returns to Portugal as the Executive Chef at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura to take on the challenge of overseeing and leading to growth and reinvention all its gastronomic offers, including Pepper’s Steakhouse.
With an extensive experience in prestigious national and international properties, such as the Ritz Carlton Spain, the Four Seasons Hotel listed in the Forbes World Top Hotels and the luxury restaurants Midori and La Villa, Tiago Leal has cultivated a keen eye for merging consistency and precision with refinement and innovation.
